Shipping policy

Order Processing All our gear is made-to-order specifically for you! Once you place an order, it is sent directly to our production facility. Orders are typically processed, printed, and prepared for dispatch within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that depending on the specific product or high-demand periods, processing can occasionally take up to 1 to 5 business days.

Delivery Timelines After your order has been processed and dispatched, standard delivery within India generally takes between 2 to 5 days (though overall delivery can take anywhere from 2 to 9 days depending on the courier).

Exceptions: Total delivery time heavily depends on your specific pin code and the shipping method assigned by our logistics partners. While we strive for fast delivery, remote pin codes serviced by India Post may take between 3 to 15 working days.

Order Tracking Once your order leaves the facility, its fulfillment status will be updated to "Shipped." For most standard couriers, you will receive tracking updates so you can follow your package's progress.

Important Note: If your package must be shipped via India Post due to your location, please be aware that India Post does not provide end-to-end tracking details.

Undeliverable Packages & RTO (Return to Origin) If a courier cannot deliver your package (due to an incomplete address, being unable to contact you, or the premises being closed), it will be marked as "Undelivered" and returned to the facility. Please double-check that all shipping information, including your phone number and pin code, is 100% accurate at checkout to avoid delivery failures.

Unserviceable Pin Codes: Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delivery failures, nor can we issue refunds, if a customer's pin code suddenly becomes unserviceable by our courier partners after the order has already been placed.
